Express Bus, Bus and Coach Hire Dublin have partnered up with the Irish Greyhound Board to offer transport services for gamblers to Harold's Cross greyhound stadium(Dublin).
With the website stating:
'In Ireland the governing body that regulates greyhound welfare and living conditions is the Irish Greyhound Board or IGB. Aside from ensuring that greyhounds are healthy and are in good condition before they enter the race, it is also their task to facilitate overall examinations on greyhounds to make sure they are free from any medical condition'
Please contact Express Bus.
Explaining the inherent abuse that greyhounds endure for the (Irish) Government subsidized industry.
Please let them know how, despite the IGB 'ensuring that greyhounds are healthy and are in good condition....',the IGB admit how 20,000 - 27,000 greyhounds are born in Ireland every year for the industry and how that they admit:
'even with a European market however, there are still too many greyhounds and not enough homes'
From 'adopt an Irish greyhound' website, proudly once passed on to GS by Barry Coleman(welfare manager IGB).
Contact Express Bus.
Please keep your emails polite, add the link above where IGB admit to too many greyhounds being bred. Explain how tens of thousands of greyhounds, globally, suffer abuse and deaths(in varying degrees)to sustain this industry.
